Terms & Conditions – Potret Raya

Booking & Arrival

Clients must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session to allow ample time to settle in and prepare. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time or rescheduling based on availability.

Late Arrivals

We are not responsible for clients arriving late for their allocated time slot. The session will proceed within the remaining time of the booked slot. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

Respect for Schedule

Potret Raya operates on a strict schedule to accommodate all bookings fairly. Clients must adhere to their allocated session time to prevent delays for others.

Photographer's Responsibility

The photographer will guide basic positioning where necessary; however, the photographer will not be responsible for clients' posing preferences, expressions, or body positioning during the session.

Photo Editing & Delivery

All photos delivered will be edited photos only (no raw files will be provided).

Edited photos will be delivered via email within 3–5 working days after the session. Clients must ensure that their email address is correct at the time of booking.

During peak seasons (including periods around Hari Raya), photo delivery may be delayed depending on the editing queue.

Amendments to Edited Photos

Any additional amendments or revisions requested after the final edited photos are delivered will be subject to additional charges.

Printed & Framed Photos Delivery

If a client orders printed and framed photos, they will be delivered to the specified address within 30 working days from the completion of the session. While we ensure high-quality packaging and shipping, clients must allow for the stated delivery timeframe.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sessions missed due to lateness are non-refundable.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the booked session and are subject to availability.
Cancellations are non-refundable.

Payment Policy

Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm the session. No slots will be reserved without payment. Payments are non-refundable unless Potret Raya cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances.

Usage Rights & Copyright

Potret Raya retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. Clients are granted personal use rights and may share their images for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of the photos requires prior written consent.

Health & Safety Compliance

Clients must adhere to any health and safety regulations in place during the photoshoot. Potret Raya reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying illness symptoms or failing to comply with safety protocols.
